Erin's Online Wardrobe is now offering payment plans to allow you to pay over a short period of time. 

How Do Payment Plans Work?

Each item listed on the website has several options for payment plans.  They are ALL located in the description of the item on the website.

Once you have decided which payment plan works best for you, send an email with your full name, what state you live in, email address, item and payment plan which you would like to purchase the item.

An invoice will then be sent to your email.  All payment plans are through Quickbooks invoices.  Please be ready to make your FIRST payment once you send the email.  If you are unable to make a payment right away, the item will still be available to other customers.

Payments are typically every two weeks, however you are always able to pay off the invoice sooner than the due date.  The item is shipped once the invoice has been completely paid off, using UPS or USPS priority shipping.

 
Is there a minimum purchase amount to be eligible for payment plans?

  • No - all of the items on the website are eligible.

Can I pay more than the minimum amount due?

  • Yes, the quicker the balance is paid off, the quicker we ship!

Where can I make my payments? 

  • All payments are made through the invoice sent to your email.

Can I cancel a payment plan? 

  • Yes. You can cancel your payment plan at any time but any payments made on the invoice are NON-REFUNDABLE.

After my payment plan has been paid in full, when will I receive my items?

  • We will ship within 48-72 hours of receiving your final payment. We will also provide you with tracking information.

What other options do I have to pay for an item?

Currently, the website accepts credit/debit cards, and Affirm.  By using any one of these methods, the item will ship within 1-3 days of purchasing.

Do you have a Return Policy?

We DO NOT offer any returns, exchanges, trades, or refunds.  All items have full description, photos, and information on the website to guarantee that you receive what you purchase.  We will answer any and all questions about an item if further information is needed for any customer.  Please contact us via email or instagram for additional questions or photos.

Are all of the items Authentic?

ABSOLUTELY!  All of our items have been professionally authenticated prior to listing on the website.  Each and every item sold on EOW is 100% guaranteed authentic or your money back.

A FULL REFUND WILL BE GIVEN TO ANY ITEM PROVEN TO BE NOT-AUTHENTIC!

We require the analysis be from a reputable professional Authentication Service in writing as per our policy. We take authenticity extremely seriously. We kindly ask that you provide us with documentation regarding the authenticity of the item. The documentation should include a photo of the serial code for the bag as well as the company's contact information.

Once we receive the analysis from the Authentication Service or expert we will gladly escalate your concerns. Should the Authentication Service provide documentation that the item has discrepancies, we will reimburse the cost of the item to the original form of payment.
